The time has crept up upon us as we once again prepare for the holiday season!
We have recently experienced challenges and delays with our SeaX service, compounded with the current customs process.
In order to expedite locating shipments and avoid further delays, invoices MUST be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com with tracking numbers in ONE email.
SHOP NOW to accommodate longer processing time in Miami due to the anticipated high volume shipments for all Caribbean destinations, customs clearance and other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. It is common for cargo to be bumped off by airline carriers during the peak holiday season and may result in late collection.
Please also allow several additional days from expected time of delivery indicated in the tracking information for shipments handled by United States Postal Service (USPS). Tracking numbers provided by USPS are only from the vendor to USPS Distribution Center. Tracking is not available for final delivery to our Miami warehouse facilities.

Delivery Deadline: Tuesday, December 18th, 2018. Last flight for guaranteed Christmas deliveries is Thursday, December 20th, 2018.
Delivery Deadline: Friday, November 30th, 2018 for sailing on Thursday, December 6th, 2018.
Please contact our office for other shipping options after delivery deadline for large and heavy shipments.
Sprint Holiday Hours
Sprint will open the following Saturdays to accommodate additional time for shipment collection:
Saturday, December 8th, 2018: 10:00am – 12:30pm
Saturday, December 15th, 2018: 10:00am – 12:30pm
Monday to Thursday, December 17th to 20th, 2018: 8:30am – 8:00pm
Friday, December 21st, 2018: 8:30am – 7:00pm
Monday, December 24th, 2018: 8:30am – 3:30pm
Monday, December 31st, 2018: 8:30am – 3:30pm
